MedQdoc Training Programs
The first 2-hour introductory training is included in your license cost and covers up to three administrators. After this, we offer three extended training options designed for companies with an established Quality Assurance (QA) and Regulatory Affairs (RA) department. These programs help your MedQdoc project team understand how to use the system efficiently and how to work with the available QMS templates and document management tools in MedQdoc.
Administrator Training in MedQdoc
This training provides an overview of how to take on the role of an Administrator in MedQdoc. The session offers a deeper understanding of MedQdoc’s features and functionality, enabling participants to train other users. Focus areas include company settings, configurations, and customizations within your MedQdoc environment.
User Training in MedQdoc
This training provides a fundamental understanding of how MedQdoc works, including how to create and collaborate on documents, how an audit trail is generated, and how to send documents for review and approval.
Training in Procedures and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
In this session, you will learn the fundamentals of the QMS templates and how they comply with ISO 13485 and QSR requirements. The training also provides an overview of each chapter in ISO 13485 and the corresponding MedQdoc QMS templates available to your organization.
Hourly Service – Flexible Support Package
This service provides flexible access to MedQdoc expertise for configuration, validation, and QMS implementation support. You can allocate 20–60 hours of assistance, divided across 2–4 weeks, depending on your project needs and timeline.
