Company Case Fields for Change Management in MedQdoc #
In MedQdoc, Company Case Fields are used to capture structured, company-specific information within Change Management cases. These fields support consistent classification, decision-making, and traceability.
Available Company Case Fields #
The following Company Case Fields are available by default for Change Management cases in MedQdoc:
- CM – Change Type
- CM – Decision
Each case field can contain predefined values to ensure consistent use across the organization.
Example configurable values:
- Change Type: Product/Device, Design, QMS, Regulatory, Supplier, Manufacturing, Production
- Decision: Approved, Rejected
Company Case Fields can be customized to reflect your internal terminology, processes, and regulatory needs. This flexibility allows MedQdoc to align with your organization’s change management workflow while maintaining structured and auditable data.
