Rules for moving documents between folders in MedQdoc #
These rules define who is allowed to move a document, depending on its status.
When a document is created, the folder where it belongs must always be defined. However, the user can move the document to another folder depending on the document status and the rules described below.
Note! Administrators can always move documents, regardless of status, even if they are not assigned as creator, collaborator, reviewer, or approver.
- Administrator role
Draft documents1>
If the document status is Draft, the user can move the document only if they are:
- Creator
- Collaborator
Archived documents #
If the document status is Archived, the user can move the document only if they are:
- Creator
- Collaborator
Published documents #
If the document status is Published, the user can move the document if they are:
- Creator
- Collaborator
- Reviewer
- Approver
