How to Restore a Deleted Document #
Deleted documents in MedQdoc can be restored within 30 days from the date they were deleted. All deleted documents are available from the My created view and can be restored to their original location.
Once restored, the document will automatically be placed back in the same folder as its original location.
Step-by-step: Restore a deleted document #
- Go to My created in the left-hand menu
- Select the group Deleted documents
- Locate the document you want to restore
- Click the Restore (bin) icon at the end of the document row
- Confirm the action by clicking Confirm
The document is immediately restored and available for use.

Important notes #
- Documents can only be restored within 30 days after deletion
- After 30 days, deleted documents are permanently removed and cannot be recovered
- Restored documents keep their original document number, metadata, and folder placement
