All Change Management cases in MedQdoc start in the Register status, where relevant information about the change is created and documented. As work progresses through the defined case steps, the case status is automatically updated according to predefined, compliance-driven workflow rules. This ensures consistent handling and full traceability throughout the case lifecycle.
